Andrea Schartz has 20 years of recruiting experience. Andrea manages the Client Relationship side of SDG. Prior to starting her own firm, she was with a large corporate, national recruiting firm where she was a highly successful, tenured and well known recruiter in the field of Military Transition. She was a consistent top 10% producer and won numerous awards and incentives, including Rookie of the Year, President's Club, Platinum Elite and Recruiter of the Year. Andrea was respected by senior management, colleagues and even her competition. She left this established career to develop a company where she could provide a more client-focused approach. Andrea SchartzOver the years, she has partnered with a diverse group of corporations assisting them to source and hire military alumni. She is a subject matter expert when it comes to manufacturing and distribution and the types of candidates needed to build the bench strength of an organization. Andrea is originally from Kansas and has a Business degree in Marketing Management from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.

Tim Doyle has been a successful recruiter for over 15 years. A former Naval Officer, he focuses on helping military veterans transfer their skills to civilian careers. Tim manages the talent sourcing side of SDG. Prior to establishing his own company, he spent 12 years as an executive senior partner at a national recruiting firm specializing in Military Transition. While there, he was a top 10% performer, a yearly award winner, and team leader. From 2003 to 2010, he was the #1 producer in his recruiting niche. Tim rejects current industry practices that force candidates into being open on location and job type or demanding exclusive contracts. Tim DoyleTim is highly knowledgeable of military technical specialties and manufacturing technical needs. He has placed over 1500 candidates into positions such as Six Sigma, Maintenance Manager, Operations Supervisor, Field Service Engineers, and various technical roles. Tim spent 10 years in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and has a degree in Business from Southern Methodist University.
